In 2026
Ongoing or annual Trail Projects include:
- Continue to monitor and maintain Williamson Valley Trailhead including weed control and bathroom cleaning.
- Trail Stewards that monitor all the major riding trails in the area for needed repairs or trail work.
- Groom Creek Horse Camp Clean-up and Fence Repair – April 25th
- Project Little Panel – Purchasing panels and setting up stalls at all campsites at Little Elden Campground in Flagstaff. May 1st and 2nd
- Fence project at Huckleberry/Pivot/Fossil Creek area for Coconino Forest Service.
- Replenish Bike Bells at (3) Trailheads – Williamson Valley, Metate and Cayuse.
- BCHCAZ serves breakfast to the Cowboy Poets Gathering every August
- Other trail work days as needed.
