Top 10 things to do now that you are a member of BCHCAZ….
1. Once you have registered online go HERE to create a password for your member account. This will give you access to member only content such as the Member Directory.
2. Put bchcaz@gmail.com in your contacts and watch for imortant emails with upcoming events, Forest Service news and other important information.
3. Check the calender of events tab on our website for information and to register for upcoming Trail Rides, Social Events and Volunteer opportunities.
4. Invite your friends to join. We need a strong equestrian voice and there is strength in numbers!
5. Help with trail maintenance. We have a variety of projects with different skill levls. We even have some ride-in work days that give you a nice mix of work and horse time.
6. Be a Trail Host – We will let members know that you would be willing to lead a small group of riders on your favorite trails. Your contact information will be shared with the group. This is a great way to share the beautiful trails in your area that others may not know.
7. Help on a commmittee. Throughout the year we need a little help with projects and would love you to share your talents.
8. Join us for Rodeo Bartending – Join us every July when one night we work all the bars at Frontier Days Rodeo in Prescott. This is a really fun night – no experience required. This is one of our big fundraisers for the year as we get to keep all the tips we make. Woohoo! Ring that bell.
9. Participate in our annual fundraiser weekend in November at Bumble Bee Ranch. This is a really fun weekend of riding, LIVE music, great food, silent and LIVE auction, raffle items.
10. Watch for emails asking for equestrian input on proposed trail proposals that may adversely affect our ability to ride. We need your voice!
