IMPORTANT! 2020 Annual Meeting, Election, and Lunch February 9, 2020

Our annual meeting will be held at Guacamaya’s Mexican Grill, 1317 E Gurley St, Prescott, AZ.  Please arrive about 11:15 for check in and socializing and we will begin eating, hopefully, about 11:45.  There will be a choice of chicken fajitas, beef fajitas, or a shrimp caesar salad.  Along with the entree, there will be chips and salsa, and drinks included in your $20 fee, payable at the banquet room entrance (kindly pay lunch fee with cash or a check payable to BCHCAZ).  The cost includes gratuity and taxes.

IMPORTANT…….Please RSVP to  Roxanne Haughey  at  Roxanne@rockinRBRanch.com rather than the BCHCAZ email address, as it eliminates someone having to forward the email.  Even if you THINK you are able to attend, pleasae let us know as soon as possible.  Your reservation is not cast in stone but rather helps the restaurant set the right number of tables & seats.

The current agenda is trimmed down to make the meeting a reasonable length  and is as follows:
